CR Doc is a family practice clinic that offers medical services for patients from birth to elderly. Established in 2004 CR Doc currently employs 12, which includes their 2 providers, Dr. Roger Cagle and Toni Garner, APRN. CR Doc remains involved in the Paragould Community through sponsorships of local sporting teams and Champions Gymnastics. CR Doc thanks their employees for being caring and kind-hearted people who do their best to add a personal touch while providing the utmost care for every single patient!
