Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has been a member of the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce for 15+ years! Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is a health insurer in Arkansas. Arkansas Blue Cross was founded in 1948 with a sales and service presence in northeast Arkansas for more than 40 years. In 2015 their retail location opened at 2110 Fair Park Boulevard in Jonesboro. The Jonesboro location has 22 employees and there are over 2,900 employed by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the state of Arkansas. Arkansas Blue Cross believes in giving back to the community. In their 70th year the company chose to focus on food insecurity by packing and distributing 1.1 million meals to food banks throughout Arkansas. The Blue & You Foundation has also funded many different programs in every county in the state. As the healthcare system continues to change dramatically Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield strives to meet the challenges as they have for more than 70 years!
