Paragould Light, Water, and Cable (PLWC) has been a member of the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce for 15+ years! PLWC is an electric, water, wastewater services, cable, internet, and IPTV (internet protocol TV) provider. Originally started on Pruett Street in 1938 they have since moved to their main office to the current Jones Road location in 1991. They also perform operations out of several other locations in town. There are currently 130 employed by PLWC. PLWC's employees and Volunteerism Committee proudly support numerous community causes, activities, and events. PLWC strives to provide uninterrupted utility services to their customers.  Their Fiber-to-the-Home Project delivering up to 1 gig speed is on track to be completed one year early (2021) and under budget. In addition, PLWC is nearing completion of a state-of-the-art biosolids processing facility at their Wastewater Treatment Plant. Above and beyond the vital utility services PLWC provides to the community, their commitment to customer service is what continues to make positive lasting impressions on the people who depend on them all day, every day.  The people of Paragould know that when they flip a switch, turn on a tap, watch TV, or go online, PLWC will deliver.
