The Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Ruff Cuts! Ruff Cuts is a dog grooming, boarding, and daycare business. They also sell locally produced dog treats as in stock. Owner, Nikki Parrish, is pictured in front along with husband, Nathan, and children, Corbin and Jenna. They are surrounded by friends, family, Chamber members, and Chamber Ambassadors who attended to show their support for this local business.
