Lams Press Operators – all 3 shifts
- operate 200–250 ton presses
- on feet 100% of day
- must be able to lift 42 lbs. continuously throughout day

New Britain Operators – 2^nd shift
- standing 100% of day
- mechanical aptitude
- read blueprints
- use of micrometers & calipers
- must be meticulous & detail oriented
