Focus, Inc. Direct Care Staff

Are you motivated and willing to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve personal goals and to help them become fully engaged in their community by teaching, mentoring and encouraging them?!

We have positions available in Paragould and Oak Grove

• Evening shifts available Sun-Sat
• Weekend shifts (All shifts- day, evening and night)
• Direct care staff will follow an individual plan, behavioral development plan and other guides personalized to each individual.

• Pay rate varies with each individual being served

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Dependable transportation
• Up to date vehicle insurance and registration
• Clean driving record
• Be able to pass drug screen
• Be able to pass background checks.
