Mission Outreach of Northeast Arkansas, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit based in Paragould. Founded in 1982, Mission Outreach provides emergency services to the Northeast Arkansas area. Their goal has always been to house the homeless, care for the sick, and feed the hungry by providing a fresh start, specific help, and new hope.

Members were updated on the current economic outlook of Paragould and heard from Guest Speaker, Randy Zook, of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce. The EDC also made two announcements that will continue to keep Paragould "Moving in the Right Direction."
