The Paragould Chamber Foundation recently hosted the Get a Life Simulation, giving 10th grade students from high schools across Greene County the chance to step into the real world of adulthood. Through this hands-on experience, students learned how to manage a monthly budget, make decisions about housing, transportation, childcare, and more—all while balancing the unexpected challenges life can bring.
This program helps prepare our future workforce by teaching valuable financial literacy skills and encouraging responsible decision-making. We’re proud to partner with our schools to invest in the success of Greene County’s next generation of leaders! This was made possible by your Foundation Donation dues 10% roundup and two grants written by Workforce Director Teresa Branch from Union Pacific and Arkansas Community Foundation of Greene County.
