The Paragould Regional Chamber of held a ribbon cutting for El Jinete Mexican Restaurant! El Jinete is located at 2310 West Kingshighway in the same building as Quality Inn & Suites. They are currently open for business with the hours of Sunday-Thursday 11AM-9PM and Friday & Saturday 11AM-10PM. They can be contacted at 870-573-8130. Manager, Martin Gutierrez, can be seen holding large scissors with owner, Miguel Gutierrez, located to his right. They are surrounded by employees, Chamber Members, and Chamber Ambassadors!
