The Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce recently participated in the 412 Bypass Ribbon Cutting! The AR DOT had a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the Western half of the U.S. Highway 412 Bypass. Speakers included Robert Moore, Jr. (Chairman, Arkansas Highway Commission), Rusty McMillon (County Judge, Greene County), Mike Gaskill (Mayor of Paragould), Alec Farmer (Vice Chairman, Arkansas Highway Commission), and Asa Hutchinson (Governor of Arkansas).
