Cutting the Ribbon at Harmon Park & Cheers with the Chamber!

The Chamber hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new pickleball courts at Harmon Park on October 1, 2024.

Parks Director James Kashak spoke about the significance of the courts, highlighting how they promote community engagement while encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Chamber Ambassadors, City Council Members, Mayor Agee, Nunn's Construction, pickleball players, and other community members were present to celebrate the grand opening of the courts. Harmon Park is located at 309 W. Northend Avenue.

We had a great time at our "Cheers with the Chamber" event, sponsored by Nunn's Construction Co. Inc and MOR Media Inc, at the brand-new pickleball courts in Harmon Park. The evening was filled with delicious food from Carlos's Street Tacos & More, drinks, and live entertainment by The Happy Campers. Pickleball enthusiasts showcased their skills, while others had fun giving the sport a try!
