Dr. Angela Howell has been a member of the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce for 15+ years! Along with standard vision care services Dr. Angela Howell also provides a specialty for pediatrics for vision therapy and vision therapy for brain injury such as strokes and concussions. She retails glasses, contacts, and vision accessories as well. Dr. Angela Howell has been an optometrist for 30 years. She started her first practice, Center for Vision Development, when she purchased a practice from George Allen Haynes in 2000. She has been at Elite Eyecare & Optical since the Summer of 2018. There are approximately 22 people employed by Dr. Howell and she is active in civic causes. She is a member of the Lions Club and participated in joint projects with civic clubs for vision screenings at Paragould and Greene County Tech school districts. Dr. Angela Howell enjoys offering the latest and best products available to her patients and attends trade shows and conferences to remain current. Dr. Angela Howell would like to thank the patients she has cared for and grown close to over the years. She has enjoyed treating multiple generations from the same family and would recommend parents address eye care early to allow more options for treatment.
